Terms and Conditions
- All products are 100% genuine
- None of our products are testers and all are in compliance with health and safety regulations and come fully packaged.
- All stock and prices are subject to availability.
- You the customer accepts full responsibility for any reaction caused by ingredients of the products used. We do not accept responsibility for any allergies that you the customer may have in accordance to the products and recommend that you read the ingredients of an item before use and check if the item is suitable for the intended use. Any reactions or effects caused by misuse of the products are not the responsibility of Soft N Elegant Cosmetics.
- You the customer have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, however these items must be unopened and in the same condition as we dispatched them.
- We do not refund delivery charges on items that are not damaged in transit or faulty.
- All refunds are subject to a full inspection of the products and are made at the discretion of Soft N Elegant Cosmetics.
- Soft N Elegant Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse refunds that may stem from fraudulent behaviour.
- We will refund the total price paid including delivery charges if your order was damaged in transit subject to a full inspection of the products.
- All returns must be accompanied by a full explanation for return.
- Cancellations can only be made if the order has not been dispatched.
- Orders are only dispatched after full payment is received.
- All information given by the customer remains private and confidential, we do not pass on any of your information to third parties.
