What if my products are out of stock?
Our website is updated everyday, throughout the day to keep you updated on our products, however if we are out of stock on any of your ordered products we will refund the price of the item. Delivery charges will be updated accordingly.
Is it safe to order with Soft N Elegant Cosmetics?
At Soft N Elegant Cosmetics, your security is our top priority.
All payments are taken through Paypal ensuring the highest level of security when placing orders online.
Soft N Elegant Cosmetics does not pass on any of your details to third parties.
What happens if I want to return an item?
If a product is faulty or damaged in transit please contact us on 07837132262 within 2 days of receipt of your order and we will refund the total price including delivery, however if the items are not faulty or damaged we do not refund the delivery charge. We do not accept returns on mascaras due to health regulations.
On returning the items please ensure the item is securely packaged and sealed and please enclose your order number, name, address, e-mail and contact phone number.

What happens if I want to cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order you must contact Soft N Elegant Cosmetics immediately by phone on 0783713362, orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day, after this time they are dispatched the following day, therefore we need to be notified of a cancellation straight away. If we have already dispatched the items we regret that we cannot cancel your order.
