Delivery
Soft N Elegant Cosmetics offers 3 different delivery charges for U.K based orders dependant on the total order price. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day so therefore should arrive the following day in accordance to the Royal Mail service.
On average our products are usually delivered within 3 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days to allow for any delays that may occur through Royal Mail although this is usually rare. We also offer free delivery on all orders over £40.00 within the U.K.
We also deliver worldwide via Royal Mail International Signed For. We charge a flat rate of £7.70 for all international deliveries, however on very heavy or large orders we reserve the right to charge an excess, if this happens we will contact you and let you know before we proceed with your order.
